• Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team.

The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation for our clients in various matters related to Affordable Housing, Tax Credit, Low Income Housing, Transactional, Litigation, Real Estate, Nonprofit Law, and Fair Housing. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with internal staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and expertise on all areas of Affordable Housing, Tax Credit, Low Income Housing, Transactional, Litigation, Real Estate, Nonprofit Law, and Fair HousingDraft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreementsParticipate in negotiations and litigation proceedingsMonitor new and existing laws, regulations, and legislation related to Affordable Housing, Tax Credit, Low Income Housing, Transactional, Litigation, Real Estate, Nonprofit Law, and Fair HousingMaintain professional relationships with clients and third-party representativesRespond to inquiries and provide timely legal advice to internal staffAttend court hearings and other legal proceedings as necessaryQualifications:J.D.
