In this fast-paced role youll be responsible for performing sales and marketing activities that support the sales teams efforts to grow the Treasury line of business. Creating, analyzing, and delivering proposals, Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sales presentations are at the heart of your role. Youll work closely with Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Relationship Managers.
****What You Can Expect****
Youll be charged with delivering a great client experience and with helping the sales team win and retain clients. This is a unique role that allows for back office support and analysis as well as client facing opportunities. Doing this job well will position you for a great long-term career in Treasury and within the bank.
**TREASURY OPERATIONS:** You understand cash management products including ACH, EDI, Imaging, Lockbox, Treasury Source/Business Source Remote Corporate Capture, and Controlled Disbursements.
**BANKING ACUMEN:** Your knowledge of banking products and services, as well as accounting and finance principals will be beneficial in solving problems and making recommendations to our clients.
**TECH SAVVY:** You'll need excellent PC skills to use and create spreadsheets and documents and to use BOKF programs and Salesforce.
**RELATIONSHIP BUILDER:** Youll leverage excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity to relate to any audience and build trust.
**COMMUNICATION:** Youll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients.
**PROBLEM SOLVER:** You must be a solutions-oriented self-starter to manage a broad range of challenges.
****Education & Experience Requirements****
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in Business or related degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in sales; Or 9-11 years of equivalent work related experience with 5+ more years in sales related experience.
**SKILLS:**
Excellent knowledge of cash management technical products, i.e., ACH, EDI, Imaging, Lockbox, NetConnect and NetConnect BE, Remote Corporate Capture, Controlled Disbursements
Excellent knowledge and understanding of accounting, finance, and cash management principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of Bank operations
Excellent organizational skills in order to prioritize and complete various time critical and extensive tasks within assigned deadlines
Basic supervisory skills; ability to provide leadership to TA Is and IIs with day to day problem resolution.
Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations to senior management and high priority customers
Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet, word processing software, BOKF customized programs
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
