    Description
    Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
    Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $2,000
    Experienced LPN up to Sign On Bonus $10,000
    PTO Frontload up to 40 hours for full time experienced LPN's
    All of our nurses are ACLS certified.

    4A Cardiac Unit focuses on CHF, Chest pain, drug load, pre CABG, pre TAVR, Angio with stents, BKS, AKA and med/surg overflow patients.

    Telemetry Monitoring
    Pacemaker/ICA Care
    Post Angio Care

    Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Licensure:Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
