- Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs
- Meet with each client to discuss any problems with stress or pain, and advise on types of massage and treatment
- Give clients suggestions for wellness maintenance such as stretches and stress relief techniques
- Maintain treatment records, monitor client progress, and follow up on their treatment plans
- Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client's treatment plan
- +1 years of massage therapy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws
- Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology
