    00 HourlyJob ShiftDayJob CategoryMarketingDescriptionSummaryProvide high-level administrative support to entire executive team by conducting research, preparing statistical and other business reports, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    Prepares, reviews and formats policies and procedures, reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation softwareAnswers electronic communications and phone calls, directs calls to appropriate parties or take messagesResponsible for screening and prioritizing mail and phone callsGreets and screens visitors in person and on the phone to ascertain nature of their businessConducts research, collects and analyzes data to prepare reports, compiles data and prepares documents for presentationsMaintains and updates meeting calendarsAttends meetings and records minutesPerforms general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping workOrganizes and maintains office filesAssists with travel arrangementsEnsures that information is properly circulated amongst Marketing Division.

    Duties or responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted by management to meet the needs of the departmentMaintains financial expense records for all departments.

    Collects information and conducts research per management request.
    Assists in special events planning and execution. Assist with compiling of MICS for Promotions. Assist with media traffic instructions and monthly billing.

    Provide on-site support for game days and special events as neededMaintains confidentiality with unquestionable integrity Assist with setup of promotions in PKMS as needed.

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.

    Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines and take directionsKnowledge of office procedures and the use of various office machinesExcellent knowledge of the English grammar and compositionAbility to perform assigned duties with minimum supervisionAbility to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions, interpret and apply policies and procedures, deal diplomatically with the public, take responsibility and use good judgement with scope of authorityAbility to key 50 words per minute at minimumAbility to learn and use new software programs as systems are updated Previous experience within a tribal gaming entity preferredEducation and/or Experience Two years of administrative support experience, preferably in hospitality industry and/or 2 years of administrative support experience.

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field referred. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
    Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Mathematical SkillsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

    Ability to apply concepts such as probabilities, econometrics, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    Certificates, Licenses and RegistrationAppropriate gaming license issued by Paskenta Tribal Gaming Commission.
