    Job Summary:

    The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in the operational success of our sales team by managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system.

    This individual will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet the company's needs.

    The Salesforce Administrator will also support the sales team by managing leads, creating reports, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system.


    Key Responsibilities:
    System Management: Oversee the daily management of the Salesforce CRM, including system updates, security, and user access

    Customization and Optimization:
    Customize the Salesforce platform based on evolving business needs. Develop and implement custom solutions and workflows to streamline operations.


    Lead Management:
    Manage and maintain the lead distribution and follow-up processes within Salesforce, ensuring timely engagement and high data quality

    Reporting and Analytics:
    Create and manage detailed reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key sales metrics and team performance, enabling data-driven decision-making

    User Support and Training:
    Serve as the primary contact for internal Salesforce users. Provide training and support to new and existing users to maximize CRM efficiency and effectiveness.


    Integration Support:

    Assist with the integration of other marketing and sales tools with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and maintain system integrity.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role with an in-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
    Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
    Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams.
