    Job DescriptionTech Business Operations Program Manager
    Job Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage Client Tech workforce regular reporting for core KPIs. Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a "single source of truth" for Tech workforce data.
    • Provide workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for tech as needed.
    • Manage Client Tech budget tracking via regular reporting and manage budget operations and Tech contractors through partnership with Finance, Accounting and Procurement teams.
    • Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program.
    • Provide operational support for operational projects for the CTO and his directs as needed.
    Ability to travel to Boston (to Client's hub in Cambridge- BOS) for a few trips in March-May and October/ November

    Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of program or project management experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
    • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
    • Experience and comfort around using quantitative data and metrics to communicate ideas.
    • Strong proficiency in excel.
    • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); can succinctly and clearly communicate and are able to produce documents and presentations that are ready for leadership review.
    • Self-starter attitude and ability to rapidly build support and trust with across business functions.
