    Job Requirements


    Education Requirements:
    Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited program


    Certifications Requirements:
    Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and BLS certification


    Experience Requirements:
    At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or assisted living settings


    Other Requirements:
    Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work flexible hours; physical ability to assist residents as needed

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in assisted living facilities, ensuring individualized treatment plans are followed

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and communicate progress effectively

    Maintain accurate and complete documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions

    Execute residents' medication administration in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

    Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all clinical protocols and quality standards
