BluePearl Pet Hospital in Midvale, Utah is seeking a collaborative, visionary, and team-oriented Medical Director to guide our growing emergency and specialty services. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, elevate patient care, and build a culture where clinicians thrive.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base + production compensation: $200,000–$275,000/year
• Annual leadership stipend: Up to $50,000
• Eligible for sign-on bonus, production incentives, and relocation support

Your Role as Medical Director:

• Champion excellence in patient care, client service, and safety
