Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Landscape Architect who brings strong technical expertise, practical construction knowledge and leadership ability to help shape public spaces across the East Coast.A background that includes field observation detailing and construction-phase problem-solving will be highly valued You'll take ideas from sketch to site This role is both creative and technical you'll help envision great public spaces and make sure they actually get built
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture8 to 12 years of professional experience in landscape architecture with a proven record of developing construction documents and overseeing built projectsProfessional licensure RLA strongly preferredAutoCAD with Land F X Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Illustrator Photoshop3D modeling and visualization tools such as SketchUp Rhino Lumion or EnscapeMicrosoft Office Suite familiarity with Civil 3D GIS or BIM coordination is a plusStrong understanding of grading drainage utilities planting design and detailingExperience leading the preparation of bid and construction documentsProven experience with construction administration cost tracking and field coordinationApplied knowledge of codes permitting ADA sustainable design practicesExcellent written visual verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities deadlinesProven mentoring collaboration skillsCuriosity passion for creating resilient inclusive well-built public spacesJob description
