    Commercial Relationship Manager

    As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing our key partnerships with community stakeholders. You will serve as a brand ambassador for our company and the clean energy movement. Enjoy the potential to earn a competitive base salary, coupled with commission opportunities, averaging between $75k and $125k, with no cap on your earnings.

    This position involves working closely with contractors, architects, non-profit organizations, governmental entities, and other professional organizations. Your responsibilities will include outreach, relationship development, and achieving financial objectives while cultivating a positive customer experience. A basic understanding of general construction, a passion for solar energy, and tech-savviness are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a representative for Solar Alternatives, showcasing our expertise in clean energy solutions.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct outreach and presentations to various organizations about our services.
    • Collaborate with engineering to conceptualize client projects.
    • Manage client communication regarding project ideas and technical needs.
    • Support project estimating and assist in finalizing proposals.
    • Handle project documentation and coordinate with the Operations Department for successful project handoff.
    • Ensure a top-notch customer experience through effective follow-ups with clients and the Operations Department.
    • Participate in industry events and collaborate with partners.
    • Manage Salesforce CRM to keep client information current.
    • Organize a clear schedule for client follow-ups and development tasks.
    • Work with the marketing team to create outreach and promotional content.
    • Prepare reports to track portfolio growth and client interactions.
    • Coordinate with other divisions to leverage additional opportunities.
    • Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and ensure scalability.
    • Identify potential risks and devise strategies for mitigation.
