Job summary
The Foreman at MCIS is responsible for directly overseeing and coordinating field crews.The job requires supervising field crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plans and specifications,
communicating daily assignments, goals, and safety expectations to team members,
and ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
The Foreman also supports the Basic Installation Unit (BIU) framework by managing crew-level execution,
tracking manpower readiness,
and providing real-time updates on work status,materials,and equipment.,
