Pay Details:
$75/hour blended rate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
Provide emergency care in the ER and triage patients accordingly
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop appropriate care plans
Deliver acute care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes
Provide hospice palliative medicine to patients in need of endoflife care
Specialize in infant care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of newborns
Catheterize patients when necessary to monitor urinary output and assist with bladder management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Provide behavioral health support and interventions as needed

Requirements:

Valid RN license in [state]
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
Proficient in venipuncture and medication administration
Strong knowledge of ER protocols and triage procedures
Experience in diagnostic evaluation and acute care management

Ability to provide specialized infant care

Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices
