    Job Title: Packaging Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure quality and safety in all production activities, adhering to established procedures and policies.
    • Inspect finished products for defects and notify supervisors or leads of potential issues.
    • Operate case making equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve quality and operational issues.
    • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service.
    • Computer usage and typing skills essential.
    • Limited travel may be required.

    • The expected salary range for this position is competitive and based on individual qualifications and experience.
