    Job Summary


    The Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overall talent acquisition strategy for the Acute Care Technology (ACT) and Corporate divisions of ZOLL.

    This position is an integral part of the Human Resources leadership team and has primary responsibility for managing the talent acquisition function.

    The Director, Talent Acquisition will partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, develop customized hiring strategies based on the needs of the department and provide coaching throughout the selection process to ensure that ZOLL is capturing the best talent available in the market and doing so in an efficient, fair, and consistent manner.

    This position will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources for the ACT Division.

    Essential Functions
    Create and execute a strong talent acquisition strategy by partnering with the leadership team and head of HR
    Demonstrated success working in a high growth, competitive market for technical and professional talent.
    Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for the talent acquisition team.
    Proven ability to rapidly scale teams without compromising on talent caliber or sacrificing company culture.
    Oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle; sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.
    Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
    Cross collaboration with other divisions to establish consistent talent strategies where applicable.
    Identify future talent needs and work with senior leaders to determine best practices and strategic initiatives
    Develops key recruiting metrics using our current technology and leveraging system dashboards
    Collaborate with talent and HRBP team to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.
    Partner with our Talent Development leader to create and guide training initiatives and education policies for managers.
    Produce regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.
    Budget and forecasting responsibilities
    Understand and leverage industry best practices to develop diversity sourcing strategies and plans intended to identify, attract, and engage talent

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience
    Bachelor's Degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business management preferred
    10+ years of progressive management experience required
    Experience leading a global team strongly desired

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks
    Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes highly desirable, Workday experience a plus
    Effective working knowledge of recruiting within an OFCCP environment a plus and a thorough understanding of state and federal legal processes, requirements, and legislation
    Strong business and financial acumen linked to strategic insight and vision
    Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities
    Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution
    Excellent at both verbal and written communication
    Strong networking and relationship-building skills
