    Job Title: Medical Equipment Manager

    This role is responsible for overseeing the operation of various medical equipment, providing hands-on expertise, and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing healthcare technology services and a comprehensive understanding of medical equipment management operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Implement policies and programs to deliver high-quality biomedical equipment services while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
    • Collaborate with regional leaders to develop strategies related to medical equipment installation, cybersecurity, technical support, and patient experience enhancement.
    • Implement new technologies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
    • Provide learning and professional development opportunities for team members.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
    • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, particularly in budget management.
    • Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.
    • Executive-level experience, including interaction with C-suite leaders.

    Position Summary:

    Provides overall management and supervision of assigned accounts, assuming full responsibility for operational and fiscal performance and ensuring alignment with Sodexo's mission, vision, values, and goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance.
    • Project management and capital planning.
    • Client/customer relations and purchasing/subcontracts.
    • Financial management, hiring, training, and people development.
    • Growth of organic sales.

    Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5 years of management experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
    • Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
    • Experience managing healthcare technology services.

    Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
