We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety protocols and be committed to ensuring the safety of others. A Guard Card is a plus. The successful candidate will possess a fast-paced mindset and be highly adaptable, as well as demonstrate professionalism and a customer service-driven attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
Adapt to changing situations and environments quickly and efficiently
Collaborate with other security personnel and local law enforcement as needed
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities
Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Guard Card certification is a plus
Excellent customer service skills

High level of professionalism and integrity
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must pass a background check and drug screening
