Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

This position acts as the primary contact for CBI for issues pertaining to the Arizona Department of Health Services, Medical Licensing and Residential Licensing. The Licensing Specialist is responsible for compliance in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Administrative Code, Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual, Arizona Offices of Medical and Residential Licensing, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must have an Associatesan Associates degree in a human service field, communications or in business administration. or 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Valid Arizona Drivers License
