- Undergraduate or Master's degree
- Minimum five years' experience in Life Sciences focusing on Commercial Excellence, Pricing, or Contracting
- Detailed knowledge in one or more areas of Life Sciences Commercial Functions (e.g., Commercial Effectiveness, CRM), Pricing, or Contracting
- Proven track record in leading consulting teams or client engagements end-to-end, whether technology or business-driven
- Ability to quickly grasp and excel in new business and IT topics
- Highly customer-centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What you can expect to do:
