    What you can expect to do:

    As a Senior Manager at Marbls, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage directly with a diverse portfolio of Life Sciences companies dedicated to advancing healthcare globally. You will play a key role in client engagement across different levels and departments, collaborating closely with our Managing Partners and team members on a daily basis. Working on a global scale, you will lead the delivery of various projects, contribute to business development, and participate in industry events worldwide. In addition, you will provide mentorship to colleagues, gather and analyze client data, develop innovative solutions, and present recommendations to client leadership. Your involvement will span from project planning to implementation, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to support pricing, contracting, and commercial excellence initiatives within Life Sciences organizations. Joining our specialized firm will enable you to contribute to our growth journey and maintain our positive work culture, with a strong emphasis on your professional development throughout your tenure.

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate or Master's degree
    • Minimum five years' experience in Life Sciences focusing on Commercial Excellence, Pricing, or Contracting
    • Detailed knowledge in one or more areas of Life Sciences Commercial Functions (e.g., Commercial Effectiveness, CRM), Pricing, or Contracting
    • Proven track record in leading consulting teams or client engagements end-to-end, whether technology or business-driven
    • Ability to quickly grasp and excel in new business and IT topics
    • Highly customer-centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to comprehend overarching concepts in the Life Sciences domain
    • Hands-on experience in business development and sales support, including proposal preparation, statement of work drafting, and presentation development
