- Oversee a team of Pharmacy Technicians, Team Leads, and Clerks in processing Specialty prescription orders through Fulfillment and Inventory Operations (15-20 employees)
- Manage pharmacy operations by scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring work results
- Lead recruitment, selection, training, and development of pharmacy staff
- Provide ongoing training, support, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor and improve individual and team performance
- Offer guidance and implement process improvements in collaboration with Senior leadership
- Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician Licensure or willingness to obtain within 1 year
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, retail, or distribution center setting
- Demonstrated ability in driving continuous improvements and managing change
- Experience in a production environment
- Ability to work the specified hours
- Capability to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and diversity
- Bachelor's Degree
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Experience in Mail Order pharmacy or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

In this role, Specialty Fulfillment Pharmacy Supervisors lead small to mid-sized teams of Pharmacy Clerks and Technicians in Specialty Fulfillment Pharmacies. As a subject matter expert, you will inspire your team to deliver high-quality outcomes while supporting various operational tasks as directed by pharmacy leadership.
Location: 1050 Patrol, Jeffersonville, IN
Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM-10:30 PM EST; Friday 11-7:30pm. No weekend shifts!
