    We are currently seeking a Civil Drafter. The ideal candidate will possess experience in civil drafting and design, particularly in stormwater designs, utility layouts, grading, and drainage designs. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the advancement of infrastructure solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the drafting and design efforts for civil projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
    • Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers.
    • Utilize advanced drafting software, such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, to produce detailed drawings and layouts.
    • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data for design development and validation.
    • Perform calculations and analysis to support design decisions and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Review and incorporate feedback from clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders into design revisions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil drafting, with a focus on infrastructure design or 1-3 years civil drafting experience with EIT
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant drafting software.
    • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly in stormwater management, utility layouts, grading, and drainage.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes governing civil infrastructure projects.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget constraints.

    Benefits:
