    We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Operations Program Management team, reporting to the Manager, Operations Program Management.

    Our team supports multiple cross-functional projects introducing new products, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and driving data-based decision-making.


    The Associate Project Manager will have two main functions: first, they will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the Go to Market process, which is the introduction of new products to our partners and customers.

    Second, along with the Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, the Associate Project Manager will also lead projects designed to improve Operations systems and processes.

    The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and adept at problem-solving.

    This role is based out of our Charlestown office with a recommendation of 3-4 days per week in-person (more if desired).

    What you will do as an Associate Project Manager:
    Lead a wide variety of high-impact projects within Bevi Operations and across the business
    Design, document, and implement end to end solutions
    Manage and develop the day-to-day Go to Market processes for new product launches
    Conduct business analyses and develop tools to support data-driven decisions
    Identify process inefficiencies, analyze root cause and develop targeted solutions
    Define program goals, track progress against key metrics, and report successes to other teams and company leadership

    Requirements

    2+ years of professional experience in startup operations, supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, business analytics, or a related discipline
    Completed studies in one of the following: Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Business or Information Management
    Exceptional analytical skills, especially with Excel and data visualization tools, and proven experience using data in a measurable way to achieve strategic results
    Strong organizational skills, including the ability to document and analyze business processes, track tasks, and clearly communicate with stakeholders
    Strong program management skills with proven ability to drive for results, manage risk, and pivot when relevant to enable speed to results
    Excellent executive-level spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics and share high-impact presentations to leaders and stakeholders across the organization
    Embodies traits of adaptability, curiosity, initiative and teamwork
    Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other program management tools is a plus
