My team and I have been engaged on a Senior Project Manager (Solar) search looking for candidates in Colorado (or willing to relocate)

The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in solar project management either at community or small-utility scaleProven experience within EPC processes and methodologies pivoting their career from a field/superintendent position into project managementDemonstrated ability to run full-scope EPC process management independentlyAbility to travel to site locations as needed (can range 25-50% within the state)

Bachelor's degree in technical field (electrical, civil, construction, etc)Responsibilities:
Manage pre-construction and EPC phase activities including supporting development, engineering and legal teams with contracts, RFP's, budget management, etc.
Oversee process of contract negotiations, project milestones and vendor/sub-contractor timelines adhering to strict guidelines and proceduresManage, review and maintain project recordsBe involved in project closeouts including coordinating final inspections, punch list close, etc and assist transition to O&M/Asset Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
