    Description

    A well-established law firm is seeking an exceptional Attorney to join its recognized Family Law practice group. We are currently searching for an attorney a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of five years practicing in Family Law. In this position, you will manage all aspects of Family Law litigation and alternative dispute resolution from initial filing of the petition through post-judgment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney or an exceptional associate looking to step into a partner role with a highly regarded firm.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of experience in Family Law
    • Experience drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
    • Experience preparing for and participating in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple cases through varying stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
    • Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
    • J.D. from an accredited law school
