    Description
    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team in the intelligence community
    The ideal candidate will have strong writing and comprehension skills, mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, and a proven track record of working effectively with senior executives and multi-disciplined teams
    This role requires experience in contract management support and the ability to work independently under limited supervision.


    • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.
    • Work closely with senior executives and multi-disciplined teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
    • Provide contract management support, including reviewing and editing contract documents as needed.
    • Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging and effective communication strategies.
    • Deliver oral presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership as required.
    • Maintain a basic understanding of insider threat and counterintelligence fundamentals.
    • Operate within an agile project management framework to meet project milestones and deliverables.
    • Utilize strategic communications techniques to effectively convey complex technical information.
    • Utilize Camtasia software or similar tools for multimedia content creation and editing

    What you will bring to us:

    • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
    • Current DoD IAT II Level certification What you'll need to succeed: • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writer, or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
    • 5+ years of related experience in technical writing, preferably in the Intelligence Community or a related field.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a face-paced environment.
    • Experience with contract management and understanding of government contracting processes is a plus.
    • Familiarity with insider threat and counter intelligence concepts is a plus.
    • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
    • Prior experience with Camtasia or similar software is a plus.
