In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to various departments. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in a legal environment preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Professional and proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
