Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator
Work Location: Sunrise, FL
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• This is a rotational Admin position that would have varied responsibilities including: Mailroom, production, hospitality.
• The services performed will include but are not limited to: Reception, administrative, printing, scanning, recording documents, mail handling, meeting coordination.
• There is walking, standing and lifting involved but nothing excessive.
• There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. Client standard lift is up to 50# unassisted.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Manager will seek resumes with varied experience and Detail orientation and able to multitask.
• Must have 2-3 years of law office experience
• We are looking for someone who has everything ranging from legal reception, printing, scanning copying and hospitality services.
• There is driving involved. Miles are reimburse for any after 15 miles and the schedule and miles will be provided by manager.
• Skills needed area valid driver license and good driving record, reliable transportation
• Friendly personality, detail oriented and strong administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation.
• Dress code is business casual
• Parking is provided or reimbursed based on location.
