- This is a rotational Admin position that would have varied responsibilities including: Mailroom, production, hospitality.
- The services performed will include but are not limited to: Reception, administrative, printing, scanning, recording documents, mail handling, meeting coordination.
- There is walking, standing and lifting involved but nothing excessive.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. Client standard lift is up to 50# unassisted.
- Manager will seek resumes with varied experience and Detail orientation and able to multitask.
- Must have 2-3 years of law office experience
- We are looking for someone who has everything ranging from legal reception, printing, scanning copying and hospitality services.
- There is driving involved. Miles are reimburse for any after 15 miles and the schedule and miles will be provided by manager.
- Skills needed area valid driver license and good driving record, reliable transportation
- Friendly personality, detail oriented and strong administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation.
- Dress code is business casual
- Parking is provided or reimbursed based on location.
