Job Description Job Description Immediate OpeningTRAVEL NURSE RECRUITERSWe are seeking for Travel Nurse Recruiters to join our team:Experience of over three years is required.

Knowledge of HR databases, ATS, and CMS may be helpful but not a requirement.
Individuals must be able to successfully generate hospital leads, assign qualified nurses, and maintain retention.
Candidates must have the ability to develop and coordinate strategies for nurse recruitment and placement to include screening process.
Be capable of maintaining strong relationships with hospital managers to develop a proactive approach to recruitment and retention.
Must be capable of assisting staff with strategic planning and prioritizing an appropriate marketing plan for an assigned area.
Must possess leadership skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task in a teamwork environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve all recruitment and placement issues.
Ability to locate, organize, and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, creative, and service focused.
Enthusiasm, excellent verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
