Job summary
We are seeking a lifeguard to create a safe and positive atmosphere in our pool area.This role requires maintaining current CPR, First Aid certifications, and YMCA policies while ensuring safety for all participants.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a lifeguard or hold current certification from organizations like Red Cross or ASHI.
Responsibilities include reporting incidents, documenting water quality tests, monitoring chlorine levels regularly,
and working effectively with staff members to maintain a clean environment.
