    **Role purpose:**

    This client facing role is responsible for providing strategic oversight of the account janitorial program supporting locations across the state of Tennessee. Incumbent will be expected to bring forward continuous improvement/process redesign ideas and leverage business intelligence to deliver efficiencies and monitor supplier performance and quality standards for services. Over time, additional soft services may be added as a responsibility of this role (example landscaping). This position requires interaction with multiple stakeholders, the ability to proactively and independently identify and resolve problems and will require in-state travel.

    **Essential Responsibilities**

    Lead the creation and implementation of inspections and other quality practices and procedures

    Participate in and/or conduct site inspections to check the level of service quality being provided

    Continuously monitor established quality procedures and resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction; Perform root cause analysis and establish corrective action plans

    Hold vendors accountable for delivering high quality service per contract expectations and partnering with vendors to continuously improve service quality; Evaluate subcontractor use of materials, machines, processes, etc. to ensure resources are being optimized

    Analyze trends and utilize data to anticipate and proactively address issues in the environment

    Collaborate with customers and subcontractors to evaluate and/or enhance existing services

    Support Facility Management teams in the implementation of short and long-term projects

    Coordinate discussions with each partner vendor/supplier regarding goal setting, performance criteria, performance review, etc.

    Manage, coordinate, and execute services, reporting, audits, cost savings, small projects, centralized initiatives, etc.

    Work closely with Procurement team during proposals; Challenge increases in costs; pro-actively identify ways to drive out process waste in order to reduce costs

    Periodically prepare and present reports to stakeholders including account and/or client leadership

    Regular and predictable in-office attendance to support the needs of the team and the client

    Other tasks as assigned

    **Qualifications**

    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management required

    5+ years of experience in commercial building cleaning industry; Hospitality experience a plus

    Working knowledge of CMMS and/or other electronic ticketing database

    Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

    Can establish priorities and deliver results efficiently

    Appreciates attention to detail and organization

    Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees verbally and in writing

    Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
