Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant - Monroe - Full time - Hourly rate $ $28.95 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art-community - Excellent benefits including 25 paid days off, pension plan, annual holiday bonus and free meal with every shift worked - 3:00pm - 11:00pm including every other weekend - The Certified Nursing Assistant will ensure that those we serve receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
High School graduate or GED
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.

As a pioneer in the field of aging service, our Monroe Township residence is the result of decades of research and over a century of experience. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory careservices to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six small homes; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home.
