Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a C-4 Planning Management. Provide C4 planning management support.
The contractor shall:
Assist subordinate units with preparing changes to the Deployment Requirements Manning Document (DRMD), coordinate DRMD changes at AFCENT HQ and with appropriate external agencies, including the Air and Space Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment center;
Assist with C4 systems functional management for AFCENT and USAF bases in CONUS;
Coordinate with the AFCENT Joint Operation Planning and Execution System staff, the AEF Center, HQ ACC, other USAF commands, and joint transportation resources on inputs to the Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) required for supporting the continuing rotation and deployment of personnel to SWA;
Provide inputs to the TPFDD and Time Phased Force Deployment List to schedule movements of C4 systems personnel;
Prepare and route documents, briefings, and staff papers for coordination.
Associate level experience in planning and scheduling project tasks; ensuring assignment and scheduling of work follows policies; evaluating current procedures and recommending changes to improve efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects
~5 years 'experience with managing, supervising, and coordinating military communication systems; planning and implementing activities; managing communication architecture, configuration, and integration conformity; PMP or similar work experience
