    Job Summary:

    This role combines the elements of project management and sales management to drive business growth and ensure successful project execution. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion, while maintaining strong internal and customer relationships.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Organize and prioritize multiple programs and activities in accordance with the goals of the organization and/or requirements of the customer.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target industries.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively pursuing new leads and opportunities.
    • Participate in and potentially lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
    • Develop, establish and maintain external and internal relationships.
    • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technologies, and value add to customers
    • Develop sales strategies to successfully grow profitable revenue year over year
    • Lead inside and outside sales staff to effectively provide exceptional customer service to current and potential customers
    • Report on key KPIs related to growth objectives (opportunities and bookings)
    • Participate and represent the company at networking functions, speaking engagements and other industry-related events

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in technical or other related field
    • Five (5) years experience in manufacturing organizations and/or sales organizations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, cross-functional teams, and Customers for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
    • Strong organizational skills with success in meeting stringent deadlines
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Up to 50% travel may be required, expected to be approximately 25% travel, domestic and international.
    • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to challenging situations
    • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
    • Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in working at Magnet-Schultz of America
