Pay

• $22.00-$26.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of form carpentry work, including layout, assembly, and installation of forms for concrete pouring.
• Interpret construction blueprints and drawings to determine formwork requirements.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood or metal forms according to project specifications.
• Ensure forms are properly aligned, leveled, and braced to withstand the weight and pressure of poured concrete.
• Install reinforcements and bracing as needed to support formwork during concrete placement.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate formwork installation with concrete pouring schedules.
• Inspect forms for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired dimensions and finishes.
• Remove forms after the concrete has cured and cleaned up the work area.
• Assist with other tasks related to concrete work as needed, utilizing basic knowledge of concrete construction techniques.

Job requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Own transportation for commuting to job sites
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it
• Ability to swing a sledgehammer effectively
• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
