Responsibilities
- Reports The Administrator / Director
- The Clinical Director Is A Registered Nurse Who Ensures Quality Of Patient Care In The Home Plan Develop And Drive Strategies For The Nursing Division As Well As Establish Standards For Measuring Quality Care And Organizational Performance Oversee Patient Care Services And Ensure That Patients Care Is Delivered In A Timely Manner With A Heavy Focus On Quality Ensure The Agency Is Prepared For Licensure And Other Audits And Surveys Conditions Of Participation Monitors Qapi Program And Assures Appropriate Corrective Measure Are Performed Monitors Systems And Identifies Problem Areas To Administrator Both Verbally And Through Written Reports Promotes Educates Regarding The Concept Of Infection Control Universal Precaution In Coordinating Performing Patient Care Activities Transmission Disease Hire Manage Retain Qualified Employees Mentor Staff Provide Performance Evaluations Coaching Training Development Uses Effective Interpersonal Relations Communication Skills Facilities Use These Skills By Other Members To Achieve Desirable Outcomes Works Closely With Manager Of Intake Auth Ensuring All Deadlines Are Met Meets Mandatory Continuing Education Requirements Of Agency/Licensing Board
