    This is a remote opportunity based out of Mid Atlantic US requiring travel as necessary.

    Salary: Salary of $ range plus generous commission package and car allowance

    Description:

    These roles will serve as an Ambassador and Champion of the Metz Culinary brand, by growing revenue and profit through new client acquisition. The successful candidates will be dedicated to the implementation of a successful sales strategy and execution of the full cycle business development process. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Research and create target segmentation of new business opportunities and client pools in Higher Education, B&I, School Dining Programs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement, Contracting, Legal and Finance to develop proposals
  • Prepare and present captivating, and unprecedented presentations to Clients and C-Level Associates
  • Utilize technology to develop captivating presentations using graphs, charts and pivot tables to prove the value of our brand
  • Convey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values and attributes through impeccable communication skills
  • Follow through and conduct negotiations
  • Be prepared to provide statistics and complex business models
  • Requirements:

  • 5-10 Years of Solid Food Service Management, or outsourcing Sales Experience
  • Strong Background in Higher Ed/ B&I/ Schools (private and K-12) dining experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or similar preferred
  • Solid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal

  • Experience as a Director or High Level Project Manager in Sales
  • Solid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
