We are seeking a Landscape Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

The primary responsibility of the Landscape Construction/Maintenance Superintendent is to oversee the production of landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal operations. Superintendents train and assist crews, manage various projects, manage site quality and job profitability. Manage several landscape construction and maintenance crews within a specific territory.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• leading team safety meetings.
• Overseeing equipment management and maintenance.
• Generating weekly internal reports as well as specific customer required reports.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license required, CDL a plus.
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Knowledge of landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal equipment and operations
• Plant and flower knowledge required.
• Knowledge of hardscape installations required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Horticulture Degree or a minimum of 3 years industry experience
• Pay based on experience and qualifications
