This client's Digital Platforms and Experience team is focused building a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms for its members and providers. This team is team is looking to take their digital journey to the next level by integrating an Omnichannel approach optimizing their use of Adobe Experience Platform. They need to add a Solutions Architect to guide them through this process. Ideally, this Solutions Architect will have previous experience of end to end implementation of the AXP suite (Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer).

This will include working alongside Cloud and Enterprise Architects, as well as user groups to solve business problems and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards in the digital space. You'll also be working closely with multiple Full Stack Engineering teams and other business and marketing unites. An ideal candidate will be able to bring Adobe Experience Platform expertise to the table, as well as a strong data engineering background.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement contemporary digital architectures capable of meeting a continuously changing industry and market environment to support the client's strategic goals.
• Responsible for the solution design and architecture across mobile, web, marketing and e-commerce solutions and lead intelligently orchestrating contextually relevant experiences across complex customer journeys.
• Work with internal and external delivery and development teams to ensure the reference architecture and strategy is understood and incrementally delivered in each initiative.
• Manage tactical vs target state trade-offs to ensure delivery is achieved without the addition of technical debt.
• Support new business development opportunities with emphasis on experience delivery platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform.
• The role will require a strong technical background covering the full stack and interacting with business as well as technical stakeholders.
• The Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions by leveraging expert-level knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, customer relationship management, integration, DevOps technology, and cloud computing.
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies for Digital Platforms on matters of significance.
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.
• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
• 7 or more years of experience implementing solutions leveraging Digital Experience Platforms
• In-depth understand of database development and ETL experience
• Extremely strong technical foundation with a solid background in architectural patterns involving Digital Channels (Web, Mobile, Voice) and ability to map technology concepts across various technology platforms
• Candidate must have solution architecture and database architecture skills with ability to work with multiple key stakeholders with some level of uncertainty which is part and parcel of now a days business world
• Candidate must be willing to switch the gears as needed to swing between different areas of Digital Platforms based on the designated assignments and exigencies of duty.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
