Job summary
We are hiring a driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded individual for our Business Development Center (BDC).This is more than an appointment setting role – it's an opportunity to be a key part of a family company that values innovation, customer relationships and long-term growth.
As a BDC Representative, you will play a key role in driving dealership growth by developing and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective customers. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound follow-ups and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales and service teams. Success in this role is measured by your ability to convert leads into appointments that drive sales and service opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify leads from inbound calls, outbound calls, website inquiries, online ads and other marketing channels.
- Customer Qualification: Assess customer needs level of interest and buying timeline to determine if they are a good fit for the sales process ensuring high-quality leads for the sales team.
