- Utilize advanced analytics to analyze assessment data and provide actionable insights for improving the selection process.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of selection tools and processes.
- Analyze and validate assessments to improve their effectiveness at predicting job success
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to selection and assessment.
- Identifies and manages assessment vendors.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define job requirements, and selection criteria for roles across our enterprise.
- Provides consultation, training and guidance to HR and hiring managers across the organization on the implementation of selection tools and procedures.
- Develops and maintains interview guides and an item bank for use across the enterprise.
- Creates, updates, evaluates and manages assessment centers.
- Proctors computer-based and/or in-person assessment sessions.
- Ensures safe, consistent test environments for all job candidates.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of selection processes and trends.
- Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a selection or related role
- Experience using statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SPSS
- Experience in measurement and statistics, test construction, and test validation
- Maintain high levels of ethical and professional conduct and confidentiality
- Maintain a strong customer service orientation
- Work on many simultaneous assignments with close attention to detail and with attention to schedules and deadlines
- Strong communication skills- ability to present information effectively both verbally and in writing
- Minimal travel may be required
