Job summary
Performs duties directly involved with producing high quality Magnetic Resonance Images; Must perform quality control checks daily.
- Selects proper coils for the various procedures requested;
- Calls for repairs and reports to supervisor when M.R.I. unit is not working properly;
- Properly screens all patients prior to procedure and ensures there are no contraindications;
- Evaluates all orders, verifies them with radiologist if needed, and ensures correct exam is performed.
