    Job Summary
    Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a

    Project Manager

    for the

    Construction Services

    division of the company in our

    Jacksonville,

    Florida

    office.

    This position will be responsible for managing a wide range construction services duties for land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads, and more.

    The position will be the main contact for a group of clients and will ensure that the company's high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.

    Additionally, this position will be responsible for assisting the Civil Engineering project manager to ensure that the company's high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.


    The person awarded this position will:
    Perform weekly site visits
    Prepare inspection reports on-site construction activities
    Resolve construction issues
    Obtain and manage capital and consulting projects
    Generate leads to meet or exceed sales goals
    Manage a group of Project Engineers and Field Engineers
    Coordinate with review authorities
    Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
    Process billing
    Performs other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Experience:

    10 Years' Experience in Engineering, Construction, or Property Management
    Ability to handle multiple projects
    Experience in AutoCAD preferred (not required)
    United States Work Authorization (required)
