Role And ResponsibilitiesImplement, maintain, and support information systems to align with the firm's business objectives
Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot core business applications
Meet and coordinate with designated internal stakeholders to understand business goals and needs
Gain a deep understanding of business applications and how business units utilize them
Understand how business applications integrate and depend on one another
Meet and coordinate with external stakeholders to establish strong vendor relationships
Develop and implement maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
Participate in process improvement, user access management, change management, problem management, and disaster recovery activities related to assigned applications
Monitor system health and gather system statistics
Maintain system documentation, including application information, diagrams, etc.
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process
Act as the first line of support for users of business applications
Follow all relevant policies and procedures, including Change Management and Project Management
Ensure the daily operability of systems by monitoring and responding to incident
Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 5 years of professional experience (preferred)
Strong familiarity with the financial services industry and technology concepts (preferred)
Ability to understand business goals and needs
Communicating with business and technology leaders, both within and outside the organization
Ability to think critically and be analytical
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
Have closevisual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
