Job Description

This full-time position offers flexibility with in-office, hybrid, or fully-remote work options, and a competitive starting salary of $27 - $29 per hour.

Key Responsibilities in the First 90 Days:

Gain a deep understanding of project lifecycles
Master the use of project tracking software (TrackVia)
Familiarize with the variety of projects and internal structure

Requirements:

High School diploma with administrative experience or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in project coordination and technical documentation
Proficiency in Adobe/PDF and MS Office Suite
Strong communication and attention to detail skills
