When submitting candidates include at least two references one must be from current manager a resume and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.2 years' experience current required inspecialty.

Must be a team player flexible and accustomed to fast pacedenvironment. Must have successfullycompleted at least one 13-week travel assignment.


CERTS:
BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed throughAmerican Heart Association American Health and Safety or American Red Cross.


EMR:
EPIC experience preferred

SHIFTS:
8 hours or plus varied - starts at 8am

• May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.

One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are notguaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits perday.


ORIENTATION:
1st week of the contract not to exceed40 total hours and includes EPIC training
