- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Team Development: Provide training, regular feedback, and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Maintain effective relationships with other departments, including Mining, Safety, Environmental, and HR.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new practices and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the needs for supplies, maintenance, equipment, and personnel.
- Safety Oversight: Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, ensuring compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Annual salary: $96,200 - $100,900

- The mine is accessible via a designated vanpool service from several locations including Henderson, NV / Laughlin (NV) / Bullhead, AZ / Searchlight, NV / Cal Nev Ari, NV.
- This service reduces wear and tear on personal vehicles, saves on fuel costs, and offers extra compensation for those who choose to drive.
