Lead Technician

Looking for person to get in on the ground floor of a new company called All Dry involved in Home & Commercial Water and Mold remediation services. The right person has the opportunity to be promoted to Business Manager as All Dry expands & grows. As a Lead Technician for All Dry your job will be to provide vital services to Homeowners and Commercial businesses who have suffered water or mold damages to their dwellings. As a representative of All Dry you will be provided a uniform, iPad, and Mobile phone plus full training (company paid). As a conscientious licensed driver, you will operate a new cargo van that is fully stocked with state-of-the-art equipment to do your work quickly and safely. You will cover a wide area around the Bucks and Montgomery County regions of Southeastern PA. You will be a first responder to the customer site with your knowledge, vital skill set, customer-first attitude. You will manage all assigned jobs from start to completion interfacing with the public daily. This position needs to be able to provide a high level All Dry customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with the home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time tables with customers and setting reasonable expectations, etc. In addition to doing manual work like drywall cut out and carpet and pad removal on site you will be asked to perform all tasks around dehumidifier and air mover placement plus other functions like estimate costs, monitor progress, and complete all jobs within the All Dry estimating software application on an iPad. Common math skills like square foot & cubic feet calculations and number of drying units will be taught, etc. you will be asked to perform the following tasks below on a daily or weekly basis:

· Clock in / Clock out

· Pre-Job van prep

· Assist on water or mold remediation based on assigned job

· Low level Carpentry skills a plus (cutting measuring etc.)

· Clean equipment

· Keep the van clean on a daily basis

· Filling out Scope Sheets and sketching rooms

· Fill out weekly electronic timecards and check for inventory needed to order

· Dress appropriately and keep uniform clean

· Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time

· Any other tasks assigned by the Owner/Manager

Pay type: Hourly

Hourly rate: $18 - $26 plus time & half for overtime if needed

Estimated yearly compensation: $32,000 - $60,000+
