    Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Personal Injury Attorney who is passionate about helping people and advocating for their rights.

    This role will involve handling all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing legal counsel to clients, and representing them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong plaintiff background, with a proven track record of success in personal injury law.

    This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

    Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other personal injury claims.

    Conduct initial client interviews to understand their case and legal needs.
    Investigate and gather evidence to support clients' claims, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
    Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
    Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best possible outcome for clients.

    Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and inform clients about how these changes may affect their case.

    Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other members of the legal team to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

    Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
    Strong litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court proceedings.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

    Passion for helping people and advocating for their rights.
