Job Description: Company Overview Spectrum Healthcare Partners is Maine's largest multi-specialty physician-owned and directed professional organization and is comprised of over 200 physicians practicing in the areas of anesthesiology pathology radiation oncology radiology and vascular & interventional radiology. Position Summary Leading a team of Radiology Support Assistants provides all operational support to facilitate and coordinate workflow for the radiologists in a large multi-specialty physician healthcare organization. Primary Responsibilities Answers triages and transfers incoming calls appropriately Responds to voicemails and e-mails promptly Frequently interacts with medical professionals administrative staff at various facilities Maintains appropriate level of Company HIPAA-related confidentiality Attends meetings as assigned participates in educational activities to keep skills up to date Takes an active role in Radiology scheduling Displays cooperative behavior interacts positively effectively with others to promote a team environment Demonstrates professionalism at all times Performs other duties necessary to maintain overall efficiency continuity department Is proactive identifying reporting participating resolution potential safety issues Supports Company's Vision Values
