    We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team.

    As a Recruiter at TORKLAW, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing and hiring great teammates to join our growing organization.

    What does a Recruiter do?


    As a Recruiter at TORKLAW, you will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

    You will utilize various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals, to attract candidates.

    In addition, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.

    Ultimately, your role will be crucial in ensuring that TORKLAW attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while maintaining a strong talent pipeline throughout the year.


    Responsibilities:
    Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
    Source and attract candidates using various methods, including social media and networking
    Screen resumes and job applications
    Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company
    Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
    Prepare and post job descriptions on job boards and other platforms
    Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate database
    Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates
    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

    Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or remote)
    Strong knowledge and use of Workable CRM
    Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
    Knowledge of various recruiting methods, including social media platforms and networking
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company
    Ability to collaborate with department managers and stakeholders
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    BS/BA degree in Human Resources or a related field

    Our ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience. Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
    Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
